Very pleased with my 1st stay I'll be back as it met all my expectations, rooms where very tidy and we'll presented, water pressure is fantastic enjoyed my shower time.
Breakfast in the morning downstairs was great everything fresh, your barrister made a beautiful coffee for my wife and I. I see locals coming in for breakfast also.
Well done, only things I would say 1/ clean your windows more frequently 2/ have staff keep an eye out for your breakfast buffet food levels as food ran out and guest where standing and waiting.
See you next time.
Your opinion will depend on your reason for visiting. For us we needed to be in Manukau to buy a car to travel around NZ, so location wise it was perfect! The room was spacious, with small kitchen, dishwasher, and a bathroom with washing machine and dryer. The cafe attached is great, they do an awesome breakfast buffet and excellent coffee. There are a few shops next door with a bar restaurant (Lone Star). Free parking and decent WiFi.
Our stay at this hotel was an utter nightmare. Parking was a constant ordeal, and the rooms were a horror show. In one room, we were greeted by an infestation of tiny jumping bugs on the sheets, and in the other, someone else's lashes adorned the bedding. The shower in the second room leaked profusely, adding to our discomfort. To add insult to injury, we were hit with an unexpected $100 security bond at check-in, a practice unheard of in any reputable hotel. As if that wasn't enough, the buffet breakfast was a chaotic disaster, with desserts consistently missing. We have no intention of ever returning to this establishment, where basic hygiene and transparency appear to be mere afterthoughts.
I love the Ramada chain of experience. Whatever they are doing with training for their staff, it is awesome.e as I find them welcoming and genuine each time I visit one of their hotels.
The rooms are clean, the front desk is happy to see you and typically the location of Ramada hotels is pretty much on par with where you want to be in that town.
I travel constantly for my job and if my next destination has a Ramada, that is my first choice.
Thank you!
Paid over $300 a night to stay in this tiny box, to be honest I’ve staid in places costing $140 a night that are better than this. .
No cutlery at all, so no teaspoons for coffee or tea, even when we asked for some they failed to supply us with the basics.
Bathroom small no place to store basic toiletries.
The good points of my stay was the water pressure and breakfast, which was good however cold, and if you wanted tea or coffee you pay for it?.
I’m currently staying at Sebels Lower Hutt I paid $209 a night for the “superior suite”, if I could show pictures of what quality is, the room, there attention to detail, the difference is night and day.
I don’t like to be negative but I call it for what it is Not value for money at all, plenty of room for improvement.
So great everytime I stay. Reception staff are very accommodating and helpful! Cleaning lady's are awesome aswel. Never any issues for me here! Bonus is cafe chef is a amazing cook, best food!!!
Good location. The room was ok, very basic. No remote for the TV so couldn't use it. Had to use your phone to access the compendium of services.
